Enjoy an exquisite meal at the Club’s restaurant or gather round for an outdoor chuck wagon dinner.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your deposit will be refunded with 30 days or more notice of the cancellation. Cancellations within 30 days of your trip date, including bookings made within 30 days and up to 72 hours to the day of the trip, you will be refunded 50% of your trip if we cannot rebook the guide for your date(s). If we can rebook the guide, your deposit will be refunded minus a $75 processing fee. We understand unforeseen circumstances can lead to canceled trips, and we reserve the right to make refund decisions on a case by case basis. Trips cancelled by the guide guide or mutual guide/client decision due to weather, state or federal closures, or other uncontrollable circumstances will have the entire deposit refunded. No-shows will result in full-payment to your card.
